Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Fees

All service fees quoted by Prathmesh Mandlik & Associates are exclusive of government fees, stamp duty, and out-of-pocket expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Client

Service Non-delivery

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons attributable to the Firm, a full refund of professional fees will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@prathmeshmandlik.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kolhapur courts, Maharashtra.

Engagement

By engaging Prathmesh Mandlik & Associates ("the Firm"), you agree to these terms. The Firm provides legal and tax advisory services subject to applicable professional regulations including Bar Council Rules and ICAI guidelines.

Client Obligations

Limitation of Liability

The Firm's liability in any matter shall not exceed the professional fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by inaccurate information provided by the client, government system downtime, or force majeure events.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information exchanged. The Firm is bound by professional obligations of confidentiality as per Bar Council and ICAI rules.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

Amendments

The Firm reserves the right to amend these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
